Transportation
The nearest airport is Copenhagen airport. Public transportation is needed from airport to the sanctuary. A trip of approximately 3 hours.
The metro is taken from the airport to Copenhagen main train-station. From here a regional train is taken to the station called “Vordingborg”. From Vordingborg the bus 660R is taken to “Stege rtb. (Ved Stranden)”.
From here the bus called 667 will take you to Nari Sanctuary. The stop closest to Nari is called “Bøgebjergvej” (on Klintevej). Nari Sanctuary is 1,2 km walk away – a 15 minute walk from the bus stop. You find it by walking in the same direction as the bus was driving, and then taking the first road on your right hand side. Then Nari will be visible with a road-sign on your left hand side.
You can make your travel-plans via the site https://rejseplanen.dk/.

The Day to Day at Nari
All days of the week are started with a gathering at 9.30 am, for a 30 minute meditation. Following the meditation we have a briefing for the day.
Monday to Friday we engage for 3 hours of work-play of cocreating and taking care in the gardens, projects and such.
The rest of the day is at your own disposal – either for solitude, exploring the island, meditation or for enjoying Nari with the community here. Social gatherings are quite spontaneous and obviously voluntary. We take trips to the beach, sauna, enjoy bonfires, joined meals, a tea in front of the fireplace, barbecues and so much more, according to the season.
Not partaking in the workflow is also possible if you need a time of sheer self-retreat – at a slightly higher rate of accommodation – Please read more. We Are having a LOAD of fun co-creating though.
Having session/s with Pema is also possible. Read more here.
